Sandsend to Staithes, 9 miles along the cliffs

After returning to the hotel we decided to explore the track to the beach below the hotel. This was a 550' drop. We were rewarded with the sight of a young seal resting on the beach

Yes. it was still breathing!

 This walk went from the grounds of the hotel past Robin Hood's bay and all the way up the coast to Whitby along the cliffs

After a radio weekend it was time for the real reason for the visit to North Yorkshire, a weeks rambling The weeks activities were based at the Raven Hall hotel in Ravenscar.
